Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Capolator. By accessing or using capolator.com, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Use of the Service

Capolator is a web-based guitar tool. You may use the free tier without an account. The Pro subscription unlocks additional features as described on the website. You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Capolator offers two Pro options:

The monthly subscription is billed automatically on a recurring basis and will renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The one-time purchase provides lifetime Pro access with no recurring charges. Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you have a monthly subscription, you may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. One-time purchases are not subject to cancellation as there is no recurring charge.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for subscription fees, partial months, or unused periods. If you have a billing issue, contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

5. Free Tier

The free tier provides access to the core Capolator tool at no cost. Features available in the free tier may change over time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with or without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and functionality of Capolator is the intellectual property of Paul Petrakovitz and Fretboard Decoded. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paul Petrakovitz and Fretboard Decoded shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Capolator.
